From Lyrics To Songs
All lyrics published here are my own work. I choose the story, the words, the genre and the style. This process is deliberate and curated, so the result matches what I imagine.
To turn these lyrics into audible songs, I use modern audio tools - including AI - to explore arrangement, mood, and musical form. These tools allow me to hear how a lyric lives as a song without waiting for a studio, a band, or a particular set of circumstances. The technology serves the idea, not the other way around.
I’m aware that AI in music is often debated. I’m not interested in taking sides. What matters to me is that a song works - that it carries atmosphere, emotion and intent in a way that feels coherent and honest.
What ultimately gives a song its weight is not the tool used to create it, but how it connects - emotionally or intuitively - with someone listening.
If a lyric or a song on this site resonates with you, you’re welcome share this site with your friends.

Angels & Demons
Ohh Angel …
Where the hell is my demon?
“Be good, be kind” I was taught as a kid
“Color inside the lines,” it had to fit
“Denounce the darkness.” Leave it behind
It taught me to smile, swallow, be aligned
I hated the ones who seemed like doves
Their faces clean, they wore white gloves
It hurt to watch them fly while I stumbled
“It will never work” my demon mumbled
The angels’ path I tried to follow
Yet everything still rang so hollow
A light needs shadows to stand out
Owning my demons cleared the shroud
Found out demons don’t just destroy
They kick the door when angels go shy
They shove you off the cliff you fear
Push you beyond the known frontier
So, I stopped praying the dark away
Listened to what it had to say
It turned out the demons I feared most
They mirror me, not some ghost
The angels’ path I tried to follow
Yet everything still rang so hollow
A light needs shadows to stand out
Owning my demons cleared the shroud
I keep the angels as my guard
Most days they deal the better card
But when they whisper “play it safe”
My demon's face, it reads: “enslaved”
Be careful of those too pure to bleed
And all too afraid to plant a seed
The angels’ path I tried to follow
Yet everything still rang so hollow
A light needs shadows to stand out
Owning my demons cleared the shroud
I now keep my angels on a leash
My demons close enough to teach
Yeah... We’ll see how this works out

Devil's Buffet
Ohhh….
Welcome...
o the devil’s buffet…
Out of the blue, an old friend appears
Been so long… fake smiles, real years
Went for coffee, she’s dying to show
New life, bright lights, curated glow
Phone out… paradise in frames
Cars, beaches, designer names
Looked like heaven, smelled like a show
I smiled… then let the poison go
This is the devil’s buffet
We all line up, we all pay
Some want likes… others mates
Same hunger, different plates
Tell me… what’s on your tray?
At the devil’s buffet
“Not my world,” I said, quite cold
Ohhh…
Watched her face slowly fold
She wanted awe, I served disdain
Both of us starving, both profane
I swore I was clean, above the feast
Turns out I’m just a different beast
She snacks applause… I crave “I’m right”
Same teeth marks, same appetite
This is the devil’s buffet
We all line up, we all pay
Some want likes… others mates
Same hunger, different plates
Tell me… what’s on your tray?
At the devil’s buffet
Days later, still taste the shame
I despised her… to feel less lame
Thought I escaped, thought I was freed
But pride is just devil’s sweet treat
This is the devil’s buffet
We all come back every day
Some chase gold, some chase grace
Same lying smile on every face
No one leaves, no one gets away
From the devil’s buffet…
Yeah…
I’m still hungry too.

Liquid Shadows
From childhood I heard the glasses clink
Come in, let’s talk, have a drink
The glass of wine, the beer at night
Adults laughing, shadows pushed aside
It carried that ghost into my veins
Before I learned to see the chains
Young adult I was part of the pack
Chasing new highs, never looking back
Then one night alone, glass in hand
Liquid shadows - I didn’t see the walls
bend
Friendships cracked, job gone, money thin
I poured another to kill the ache within
Didn't matter, numbed it quick and clean
But the rot crept deeper than I'd ever seen
The crash came hard after the high
Malevolent grip tightens, still I deny
This way of life is hard to defend
Liquid Shadows, I didn’t see the walls
bend
Belly swelled, a spark in the dark
Disaster striking, or the start of the arc?
The ultimate hit, the last act?
Face the dark - or be finally cracked
To continue this way is pure pain
Own it or drown, spark in vain?
For total victory there is no hope
Liquid shadows - my slippery slope
Day by day I fight, shadows whisper low
Every sunrise a scrape, watch my son grow
No freedom ring, just the chain I hold
Pushing on, but never too bold
The crash came hard after the high
Malevolent grip tightens, still I deny
This way of life is hard to defend
Liquid Shadows, I didn’t see the walls
bend
Ohhh…
With liquid shadows
…walls bend
…walls bend
…walls bend

Yesterday I Was Accused
Yesterday I was accused
Of a word that I had used
Offensive language was the claim
I should be sorry, steeped in shame!
Early morning coffee place
Paid my bill with quiet grace
“Thank you, lady,” slipped my tongue
smile dissolved, the bell was rung
“It’s Person,” she whispered, soft and pained
I blinked – had I somehow stained?
“No harm meant,” I gently tried
She murmured, “It’s – misapplied.”
Yesterday I was accused
Of a word that I had used
Offensive language was the claim
Should I be sorry, steeped in shame?
At the store, I grabbed some bread
“My mom likes rye,” I simply said
The clerk paused, then softly sighed:
“Parent is fine,” his tone implied
I paid. No fight. No grand debate
Just language bending under weight
Outside, the sun still shone the same
But words now carried hidden blame
Yesterday I was accused
Of a word that I had used
Offensive language was the claim
Should I be sorry, steeped in shame?
At dinner, the menu came
I turned. – Waved. – A quiet claim.
“Excuse me, waitress, more red wine?”
Her eyes went sharp, a silent sign
“Server,” she corrected low
I nodded, felt the undertow
No anger, just a subtle turn
One small word, a growing concern
Yesterday I was accused
Of a word that I had used
Today I see the quiet shift
Where sanity begins to drift
Tomorrow? I’ll nod, I’ll smile
Calm silence shows its guile

Just saw you a moment ago
Hard to wrap my head around, I know
What the hell happened overnight?
Can it all just flip that fast from sight?
